Shipping & forwarding – general information

We ship small furniture with DHL. For larger furniture, we usually deliver ourselves within Schleswig-Holstein (except islands). In the case of national transport, the furniture is delivered with one of our reliable partners. The shipping costs are requested individually.
The goods are delivered worldwide.

Self pickup

If you pick it up yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
Almost all of the unique items on offer are in our external warehouse (10 minutes away from our shop).

Forwarding goods

All unique items that cannot be sent as a parcel and are to be delivered outside of Schleswig-Holstein are sent with a forwarding agent. The price depends on the size and weight of the piece of furniture. The delivery costs are paid in cash to the carrier upon delivery and the delivery time of the piece of furniture is usually 1-4 weeks. Delivery is to the curb (ground floor) as an additional load.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the packageable items will be delivered

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the packageable goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 3 – 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Purchase requests instead of direct purchase

You have to use a form to request the products from us before you buy them, so that we can check availability and, above all, discuss transport. When everything has been discussed, we will send an email with a payment link.
